Health and Safety is paramount to our business success. We take our responsibilities very seriously, and it forms a key part of our company ethos - we always endeavour to exceed the highest standards.
As a Safe Contractor approved company, a CHAS accredited organisation and a member of Constructionline, providing a safe working environment for all our stakeholders is something we continually strive for. This is done by an annual review, and encouraging staff, at all levels, to take a shared responsibility and interest in Health and Safety processes.
Health and Safety Management
InnerHouse implement Health and Safety management based on a risk assessed approach to job task, supported by the following secure systems:
- Safe Contractor Approved
- Formal Health and Safety training - all operatives CSCS qualified.
- The correct supervision of staff.
- The provision of safe plant and equipment.
- Regular updates on legislation and procedural changes.
- Joint consultation with employees, stakeholders and associated organisations.
